Sebastian River Marina & Yacht Club is an intimate full service facility located at Marker 55 on the Intracoastal Waterway. The marina currently has an 80,000 lb. travel lift and provides complete haul, launch and maintenance services. A negative drop forklift, new fuel farm with gas and diesel, pump-out station, restrooms and showers are also a part of the on-site amenities.

The marina was completely destroyed in the Frances and Jeanne hurricanes of 2004 and since then has been almost completely rebuilt. There are now 60 new deepwater slips and 48 dry stack rack slips are in the process of being enclosed. In addition we are building a limited number of special ground level dry storage berths for larger boats from 40 to 55 feet that will have their own power pedestals and utilities.

A very popular casual dining restaurant existed prior to the hurricanes. The building is now in the process of being renovated. A Tiki Bar is being put in place with plans to rebuild the Showers & Bath House, Laundry Facilities, Owner's Lounge and upper level Marina Offices..

Locally, the marina has an excellent reputation, is most well known for the fishing tournaments it sponsors and is home of one of the largest charter fleets in the area.

Anticipated Slip Prices - Opening Rates

Final Slip prices will be determined by length, width, depth, location and duplicity. A deepwater Catamaran slip would command the higest price per foot while a shallower, narrow 26 foot slip would be the lowest.
